Hmm, very good. The only thing I can see is that you should have some variation of the lineart itself. Lineart should never all be one size on anything. Parts of him that are bigger(i.e., the overall outline, arms, legs,torso) should have thicker lines, parts that are smaller (i.e., locks of hair, certain muscles, smaller folds of cloth)should have thinner lines. It just all comes with practice.

The eyes are looking much better, but you close them off and they have no real shape. I could move the eyes to the opposeite part of the face and still, they would fit.

And one more thing- he has no forehead o.o

Thanks! The arrows are actually one of my favorite things about him, which is why I kind of just threw them in there...XD And yes, I shall pay attention to the things you've mentioned on the next one. (though the eyes will be closed on the next one...but still! XD)
